KALISPELL, Mont. — Former firearms executive Ryan Busse today released the following statement on the second anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision, which overturned Roe v. Wade:
The government has no business standing in the way of Montana’s constitutionally guaranteed right to freedom and privacy for all Montanans. The last place Greg Gianforte belongs is in your doctor’s office, dictating to women whether or when you can start a family. As we remember the rollback of Roe v. Wade, a disastrous attack on freedom and access to health care, we can never forget that Big Government Gianforte plans to make good on his cruel mission to keep trampling over our Constitution and stripping away our rights and freedoms.
